Our L&E practice group prides itself on employing attorneys who can take ownership of matters, with experience in all stages of litigation. Candidates with strong experience in other areas of general commercial and civil litigation with an interest in transitioning into employment are also encouraged to directly apply. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas: Strong litigation skills Mediation and arbitration Trial experience is ideal Taking and defending depositions Researching, writing and arguing motions Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal oversight Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply.
