Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Labor Associate - Mid to Senior Level
Location: Los Angeles or San Francisco

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid to senior-level associate attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a background in arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges, with a general understanding of federal and state employment laws. Experience in employment litigation and agency charges is beneficial, while prior NLRB experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on traditional labor law issues.
• Manage arbitrations and respond to unfair labor practice charges.
• Stay updated on federal and state employment laws.

• Minimum five years of experience in California labor and employment law.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.

Salary:
The annualized salary range for this position in California is $290,000 to $330,000, adjusted based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors.
