We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee the success and growth of strategic client relationships. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between customers and internal teams including business development, technology, marketing, and finance. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, managing product implementation, and identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

This position offers significant growth and leadership potential as the company continues to expand into new markets. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience with large-scale technology deployments, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into product implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, handling all account-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Continuously evaluate client needs and document them as part of the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, use CRM and analytics tools to assess client performance, and provide insights for refining account strategies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • 4+ years of experience in key account management or business development in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong client service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Experience with drafting SOWs, gathering technical requirements, and managing integrations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Background in consultative sales or solutions engineering is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and sense of humor are always welcome.
