Junior Real Estate Associate

Managing Member: Melanie Chico Practice Group/Leader: Real Estate/Daniel Schairbaum Department/Director: Real Estate and Environmental/C. Elizabeth Darke Dykema seeks an associate with 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience for our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and zoning. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development is a plus. The work requires excellent organizational and drafting skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice in Illinois is required. Salary range: $170,000-$185,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience level. Why Dykema?
