Our client, a dedicated service provider, is seeking a Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Janitor/Cleaner, you will be part of the facilities maintenance team supporting a clean and safe environment for all. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Janitor/Cleaner
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Pay Range:
$13.50
What's the Job?
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls and glass.
Remove rubbish and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
Tend to furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities.
Notify management of the need for repairs and clean snow or debris from sidewalks.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and equipment.
