AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of PPM Framework and Tool Expert (IT Analyst).

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring the OnePlan tool environment across multiple business units, integrating it with supporting tools, and setting up new PPM tool instances within the AGCO environment. This role will help with the annual business planning process from demand intake through scenario modeling to creating the approved portfolio.

This role requires strong analytical skills to understand and implement the intended functionalities of the PPM tool and strong communication skills to drive project managers and resource managers through the annual business planning process.

Your Impact

Configuration of PPM Tool Environment: Configure and customize the PPM tool for various business units within AGCO to meet specific needs and requirements.

Integration with Supporting Tools: Integrate the PPM tool with other supporting tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow (SNOW), JIRA, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure seamless workflow and data synchronization.

Setting Up New PPM Tool Instances: Establish new instances of the PPM tool within the AGCO environment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to understand the intended use of the PPM tool and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of the PPM tool, resolve issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the PPM tool.

Portfolio planning process: partner with portfolio planning lead to drive the work through various steps of portfolio planning process.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPM frameworks, tool configuration and management.

Proven experience in integrating PPM tools with ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan and Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
