Job Description

We have a position available for a Sprinkler Service Manager in our Service Department. This position plays a crucial role in providing top-quality customer service. The job requires managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while communicating effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

Oversee the growth, profitability, and efficiency of the service department

Scheduling customers

Responding to customer inquiries & provide customer satisfaction

Estimating projects

Ensure all field technicians receive proper training and ongoing development

Close communication with field technicians

Technical assistance as needed to field technicians

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent customer service management.

3+ years sprinkler service and/or service management experience

Be able to provide outstanding, friendly, solution-based customer service.

Be highly organized, pro-active, and detailed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driver's license.

Be proficient using Word and Excel.

Added bonus:

Knowledge of Hindsite CRM software

Knowledge of Quickbooks

Salary: Based on skill and experience. Range: $4,400+ per month

Hours: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM. (Occasional Saturdays upon request)
