IP Litigation Associate

The Patent Litigation Group is seeking a midlevel IP Associate to join their team in NY, WDC, SF or CHI. Law firm experience and a technical degree are preferred as well as an aptitude for working on cases relating to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields. Outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, and superior written and oral communications skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
