ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a senior patent litigation associate to join its 6th ? 9th year class preferably in our Chicago or Washington, D.C. offices. We are open to considering Counsel for this role. Experience with trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is required. Additional requirements include strong writing skills and strong academic credentials with specifically a degree in molecular biology or advanced chemistry degree, to show experience with biotechnology/biologic pharmaceuticals. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $320,000 to a maximum of $375,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate?s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for associates to receive: hours-based productivity bonuses, cash bonuses for business generation and expansion, and merit-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.
