IP And Technology Transactions

Jones Day is looking for The Silicon Valley office seeks an Associate with 3 - 6 years of IP and technology experience with a background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions. You will be working closely with Partners and Associates around the Firm on projects relating to technology, life sciences, digital innovation and commercial arrangements in a diverse range of industries, including cross-border transactions and providing support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting agreements and providing advice to clients, interacting directly with clients and members of the Firm, as well as mentoring junior lawyers on the team. The salary range for this role in the New York or Silicon Valley office is $260,000 - $495,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate?s qualifications and relevant experience.
