Candidates should have extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund formation documents. Familiarity working with different legal technologies and other KM tools is a plus. The base salary range for this position is $250,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
