Job Description
The Investment Management Practice Group seeks an attorney who has 3+ years private fund formation experience with representing investment managers, investors and private investment funds, with a focus on private equity style and other closed-end funds, to lead and assist with market intelligence and knowledge management initiatives supporting the attorneys in the group. Candidates should have extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund formation documents. Familiarity working with different legal technologies and other KM tools is a plus. The base salary range for this position is $250,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on the candidate?s relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
