GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist or Family Medicine Physician for a Family Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to serve an underserved community in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with specialists and refer as needed
• Participate in continuous learning and potential research

Requirements

• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active Medicare and Medicaid number (NPI)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
