Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internist to join a dedicated team at a nursing home facility in Brooklyn, NY . This is a high-impact opportunity for physicians passionate about geriatric care and long-term patient wellness.

• Location: Brooklyn, NY
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Base Salary: $205,000/year (negotiable)
• Bonuses Available:
• $15,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $20,000 Compliance Bonus
• Productivity Bonuses + On-call Income Potential
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions (e.g., infections, hypertension, diabetes)
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Immunize patients and ensure preventive measures are in place
• Monitor and adjust treatment based on patient progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed EHR documentation
• Refer to specialists when necessary and coordinate care
• Support patients in long-term care settings and participate in care planning

Requirements

Qualifications:
• MD/DO Degree from an accredited medical school
• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Prior experience in geriatrics or long-term care is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
