Job Description

Cozen O?Connor seeks an associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join a tight-knit team in the firm's Los Angeles office working on a variety of defense matters ranging from internet privacy, including cyber claims, to commercial disputes. The candidate should have litigation experience including taking depositions, preparing discovery requests and responses, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. The ideal candidate will also have experience with insurance coverage issues or an interest in learning same. Excellent research and writing skills are required, as are strong credentials and admission to the California Bar.
The salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
