Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales: Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to final enrollment, delivering a consultative and high-touch experience throughout.
  • Advisory Selling: Understand each prospective learner's professional goals and guide them toward the most suitable program.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to building scalable sales processes that can be handed off to a future team.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain clear and organized records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a growing team.
