Role- Field Sales Executive/Business Development Executive
Department : Sales & Marketing
Location : UK / North East / Punjab / Haryana / UP / Delhi (Flexible based on candidate location)
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the road construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed sales targets by driving sales in your assigned region. Ensure timely follow-ups, regular check-ins, and a proactive sales approach.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to the team to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Product Demonstration and Presentation
Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Verma Industries' products.
Sales Negotiation and Closing
Manage the negotiation process with clients, ensuring contracts are closed in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and client needs.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Use a combination of cold calling, networking, and online research to identify and generate sales leads within your assigned region.
Customer Support and After-Sales Service
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, concerns, and post-sale requirements to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and progress reports. Regularly update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure clients' needs are met and deliver a seamless experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education :
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the road construction or manufacturing sector.
Skills:
Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities- "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
