Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opening in its Miami office for an Immigration Attorney with experience in U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, and PERM process as well as family based immigration law experience. Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business.
