Job Description

Arcot Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the implementation of HR strategies, support daily HR activities, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. You will have the chance to learn about essential HR processes and contribute to projects that enhance employee experiences within the organization.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting and screening resumes.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Assisting in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
Contributing to HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
Participating in team meetings and providing input on HR strategies.
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn more about HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
