Arcot Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the implementation of HR strategies, support daily HR activities, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting and screening resumes.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates.
