1. Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
2. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
3. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
4. Assess candidate's competencies like relevant knowledge, skills, communication skills, experience and attitude
5. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
6. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
7. Employee Data Management:managing employee files, updating employee information in HR systems.
8. Assist in preparing Employment letters ? Offer letter, Appointment letter,
9. Implement and administer employee policies
10. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
11. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
12. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
13. Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work
