HousingPlus, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to providing safe and stable housing solutions for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team. As a Residential Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of ourparticipants by providing them with the support and assistance they need. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with daily living activities.
Requirements
You will need:
- Security experience or Residential Aide experience working in a shelter
- Experience working in transitionalhousing or supportive housing
- A high school diplomaorequivalentis required
- Ability to work in Harlem or the Bronx
- Ability to work 12am - 8am, 8am - 4pm or 4pm - 12pm
