Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all tradesfrom Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

8+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
Strong empathy, listening skills, and customer service abilities
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform hands-on repair tasks
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work full-time, MondayFriday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Must provide own personal tools
Comfortable reading and navigating maps within a service territory
