Mayer Brown?s New York office is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property associate with 3 to 5 years of patent litigation experience with a background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar field. In addition to district court litigation experience, practice experience before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board is recommended. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Candidate should be Patent Bar Admitted. The NY salary for this position is $260,000 $310,000 to $365,000, $390,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate?s skills and experience level are different from those specified below.below.
