We are seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a leading audiological practice in Ocala, FL. This role plays a vital part in helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, technically skilled, and eager to contribute to the clinic's continued success through exceptional service and community outreach.

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and recommend amplification solutions
• Fit and dispense hearing aids, ensuring optimal comfort and performance
• Educate patients on usage, care, and realistic expectations for hearing aids
• Deliver outstanding follow-up care and technical support
• Collaborate with clinic staff to meet performance goals and ensure patient satisfaction
• Stay informed about advancements in hearing technology
• Represent the clinic through community events and outreach programs

Requirements

• Education: Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience fitting, dispensing, and providing aftercare for hearing aids
• Technical Proficiency:
• Skilled in hearing assessments and patient care software
• Familiarity with modern hearing aid technology and troubleshooting
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication
• Compassionate patient engagement
• Team collaboration
