About Us:

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality recreational vehicles. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. Pay up to $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
• Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Repairing or replacing faulty electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Painting, carpentry, and other general repair tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties
• Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
• Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
