Job Description

Akin?s Akin?s Health Care & Life Sciences practice is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel with 6+ 6-10+ years of expertise in food law with False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation to be resident in its DC office. Significant experience with health care fraud and abuse laws is required. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with transactions strong academics and diligence in this area and will have worked at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Some familiarity with USDA requirements would also be valuable. Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a United States Attorney?s Office.
