WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Design and BrandingCraft eye-catching visuals for print and digital brochures, social posts, email campaigns, presentations, and beyond.
• Brand ConsistencyKeep every design on-brand, ensuring a polished, cohesive look across all platforms.
• Content Collaboration:Work closely with content creators, marketers, and project managers to transform ideas into impactful visuals.
• Campaign Support:Design assets that they drive engagement and deliver measurable results for marketing campaigns.
• Photography Editing:Assist with basic photo editing and to enhance storytelling.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with web-based design programs (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

This opportunity has a base range that represents a full-time annual salary of $70,000-85,000/year (commensurate with experience).
