As a Transportation Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Driving initiatives to optimize cost, transit time and quality throughout 3M's global transportation network

Leading complex, global, cross-functional projects and processes

Collaborating with internal 3M stakeholders and external Logistics Partners to achieve desired outcomes

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Minimum 10 years Supply Chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Minimum 3 years' experience leading projects with medium to high complexity within Supply Chain functions

Minimum 3 years' experience within Transportation

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Fifteen (15) years of Transportation experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Ability to be flexible and support evolving responsibilities within Transportation

Experience within Global Airfreight, Oceanfreight and Parcel Transportation Modes

Master's degree from an accredited institution

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel, Access, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Point

Experience with SAP software, including Transportation Management (TM) application

Self-motivated ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Work Location: + Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the local 3M Center at least 3 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
