Job Description

The Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. Group to work on private credit transactions and asset based lending transactions. Candidates should have 2+ 3+ years of experience with private credit/direct lending, syndicated lending and and/or asset based lending. Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents and generally leading lending transactions primarily on behalf of lender clients. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Illinois bar.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
