Location: This position is currently located in Hampton, NH, but the facility will be relocating to Durham, NH in 2025

Compensation:

Eligible for Annual Increases

2nd Shift Schedule:

This position is for 2nd shift.

Monday ? Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

There could be training on 1st shift for up to 1 month

Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

You will safely operate and maintain assigned machine/equipment.

You will follow paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.

You will operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System.

You will maintain required heat-treating records.

You will adhere to strict parts specifications.

You will learn and understand Lean Manufacturing concepts.

You will evaluate product quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards.

You will assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed.

You will escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary.

You will maintain cleanliness of shop.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience required.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
