Location: This position is currently located in Hampton, NH, but the facility will be relocating to Durham, NH in 2025

Compensation:

$1,500 Sign on Bonus

Eligible for Annual Increases

2nd Shift Schedule:

This position is for 2nd shift.

Monday ? Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, some flexibility

Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

You will operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.

You will maintain inventory of product in work stations.

You will perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.

You will rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

You will perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

You will maintain a clean and safe work area

You will lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
