Compensation:
$1,500 Sign on Bonus
Eligible for Annual Increases

1st Shift Schedule:
This position is for 1st shift.
Monday ? Friday 7:00AM ? 3:30PM
Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
You will safely operate and maintain assigned machine/equipment.
You will follow paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
You will operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System.
You will maintain required heat-treating records.
You will adhere to strict parts specifications.
You will learn and understand Lean Manufacturing concepts.
You will evaluate product quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards.
You will assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed.
You will escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary.
You will maintain cleanliness of shop.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
