Financial Services Litigation Staff Attorney

The Financial Industry Group is looking to hire a Staff Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our New York office with a focus on Financial Services Litigation. Successful candidates should have experience representing clients in litigation and investigations involving consumer financial services and mortgage litigation issues. Candidates should also have experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers and motions for summary judgment. Candidates should possess excellent legal research, writing skills and oral presentation. Candidates will participate in settlement conferences and appear before judges to argue motions. Must be licensed to practice in New York. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith?s pay range for this position.
