Job Description

The New York Office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate with four to five years of experience to join our Financial Restructuring / Distressed M&A practice. The practice includes a dynamic mix of M&A, Private Equity and Restructuring. Ideal candidates will have substantive experience in general corporate matters / M&A with exposure to restructuring, bankruptcy and finance. Candidates must have significant experience handling M&A transactions and effective deal management skills. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
