Job Description


The Miami office is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience for its Financial Markets practice. Ideal candidates will have large firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, be able to assume high level structuring, drafting and deal management responsibilities and be comfortable with significant client interaction and working in a team environment.
