Job Description


The Finance Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the division and Office Manager by managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Operations Department and Office Team.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Reconcile monthly statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain and organize accurate financial records, including data entry of financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to approved spending limits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Participate in finance-related projects and contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Assist the Office Manager with payroll administration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: 2+ years in a finance or accounting support role.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks & NetSuite).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
