In the role of Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our metrology equipment and systems at customer locations. You will also communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in the field of service technology or related role.

Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Duties:

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on field equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues based on customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

Travel to client sites as necessary, often requiring overnight stays.

Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and handheld measuring devices.

Experience with industrial equipment and systems.

Familiarity with electronic schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying work environments.
