• Location: El Paso, TX
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $100,000 $105,000 per year
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000
• Loan Repayment Eligible: NHSC Loan Forgiveness
• Malpractice Coverage: FTCA (no provider financial obligation)

• Perform routine and preventive exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Manage medication and treatment plans
• Order and interpret lab/diagnostic results
• Collaborate with care teams and educate patients

Requirements

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Licensure: Active Texas Nurse Practitioner License
• Experience: New graduates welcome; prior FQHC/primary care experience a plus
• Skills: EHR proficiency, strong diagnostics, patient-centered care
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish (not required)
