Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northeast El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced practitioners, offering the opportunity to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved communities while working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

• Work Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday = 8 am - 5 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
• Wednesday = 7 am - 7 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
• Friday = 8 am - 1 pm
• Professional Growth:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical skills.

• Improve health outcomes for underserved populations in Northeast El Paso.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Experience: New graduates are welcome; FQHC or primary care experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical diagnostics, and primary care procedures.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, empathy, and adaptability. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management.
• Develop individualized care plans emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
