This role involves representing clients in New Jersey in matters such as separation and divorce, custody disputes, spousal and child support, and marital property division. What We're Looking For: Minimum of three years' experience in family law. Strong writing and analytical skills. Proficient in drafting discovery, motions, and negotiations. A track record of managing cases independently or as part of a team. Must-Have Requirements: Licensed to practice in New Jersey (New York bar is a plus) Ability to work out of our Hackensack office a few days a week.
