Key Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Provide legal advice and strategy to clients on complex family law matters.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in family law.
• Strong knowledge of California family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
• Proven track record in handling a caseload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $135,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus structure based on billable hours (1,600 billable hours per year).
• Full-time, in-person role based in Glendale, CA.
