Facility Attendant

The Erie-Western PA Port Authority is seeking Facility Attendants for immediate hire to join our team. As a Facility Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Port facilities including the Lampe Campground, Lampe Marina, and/or the Bicentennial Tower. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Check campers in and out of the campground.
• Use reservation software to make future reservations (training will be provided).
• Perform campsite maintenance duties between reservations.
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries pertaining to reservations and general
• Campground and Marina information.
• Assist with the sale of boat fuel and other small goods.
• Conduct general upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.
• Assist with landscaping duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for growth within the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority. Currently we are filling weekend shifts only.

Requirements

To be considered for the Facility Attendant position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a Windows based computer and reservation software (training will be provided).
• Basic maintenance and landscaping skills.
