Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Executive Steward is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As an Executive Steward, you will be responsible for the coordination of total maintenance, sanitation, safety, cleanliness and organization in all food production and service areas.

Additional duties includes scheduling, management, and training of staff. As well as food delivery, food recovery, ordering and inventories.

Qualifications:

Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook

A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment

Should be able to collaborate and support operational teams and colleagues

3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience in F&B is preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Should be able to push/pull/carry a moderate amount of weight and have the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Proficiency in Spanish preferred
