Job Description

Whiteford is seeking an experienced a senior level Estates & Trusts attorney (counsel or partner) with strong writing and oral communication skills to join our Falls Church, Virginia office. Qualified candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience drafting sophisticated wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents. Excellent research and analytical skills are required as well as attention to detail and organization. Virginia bar admission required.
