We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and drive our enterprise sales strategy across key markets. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions to large organizations.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing strategic enterprise accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver customized solutions that drive value for our clients and revenue growth for the business.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Understand client business needs, challenges, and objectives to position our solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Build and execute account strategies to expand relationships and maximize revenue potential.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales , with at least 5 years focused on selling complex technology or SaaS solutions.
- Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including solution selling, consultative selling, and value-based selling methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to sales planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to large enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software sales.
- Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
