Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience. This position is a full-time, work-from-home position that will be handling EPLI cases exclusively. The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized team working with outstanding clients. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.

Pursuant Pursuant to California, Colorado, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York & Ohio and Minnesota regulations, the salary range for this position is $150,000to $240,000 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
