EIS Lead (Contingent)

Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced EIS (Enterprise IT Infrastructure Services) Lead to join our team. As an EIS Lead at Aretum, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of enterprise IT infrastructure services for our government clients.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the EIS including Livelink, SharePoint, Project Server, and Personnel Online Database (POD).
• Responsible for recommending processes that can be standardized across SSC.
• Providing technical solutions.
• Developing project plans for new requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the EIS team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee the management of data centers, networks, servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• 10+ years of relevant work experience

• Proven experience as an IT infrastructure lead or similar role, preferably in a government contracting or large enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security and compliance requirements.
• Experience in creating and implementing IT infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
