Join Wilson Sonsini? s ECVC practice focusing on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as our VC and other investor-side clients. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 6-8 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team.

As part of this ECVC ?SWAT team,? you will foster relationships with the current and future stars of the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem. From pre-seed to pre-IPO, your work will focus on high growth businesses at all stages of their growth?SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance matters, and every form of general corporate work. As part of these efforts, you will work on counseling management on matters as varied as formation and exits?often on the same day. The practice group also advises venture capital firms and a range of institutional investors investing in emerging growth companies, allowing you the opportunity to gain experience on both sides of the negotiating table.

Clients in this practice group represent a diverse range of industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital health and wellness, defense tech, life sciences, electronic gaming, and fintech, among other emerging and disruptive technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $390,000 ? $435,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
