Ecvc Associate

We are seeking a corporate associate with 2-4 4-6 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or mergers & acquisitions.

Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $235,000 $310,000 ? $310,000, $390,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
