Director of Sales Energy & Sustainable Solutions: This is where you come in.
As the Director of Sales Energy & Sustainable Solutions , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic sales execution of MacDonald-Miller's diverse energy and sustainability solutions. This role leads the development and acquisition of projects, while providing strategic direction in sales strategy, client acquisition, and customer experience. You'll ensure excellence in project delivery across MacDonald-Miller's comprehensive energy and sustainability portfolio.
Focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and innovative energy solutions, you'll align client needs with impactful solutions that drive growth across multiple business areas.

The Director of Sales Energy & Sustainable Solutions reports to Maria Boyer , Vice President of Performance Contracting, and will play a key role in a collaborative team focused on driving a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. Benefits
Compensation: $170,000 to $200,000 base plus a generous variable compensation package based on sales
